Henley Town Hall, William Turner
12 x 16", Oil on Board
William Turner regularly visited Henley on Thames since his daughter and son in law moved there in 1983. He used to visit every summer to see his grandchildren, and naturally he painted a number of scenes of this Oxfordshire market town, including this oil of Henley Town Hall.
A reasonable size for one of Turner's works featuring plenty of characters, it's also framed in an excellent quality 'Palladium' natured frame with glazing.
Total framed size is approx. 53cm x 63cm.
